Buyers of board design data
PCB archives licensing for training: who asks and what they want
Few organizations publish a page asking for electronics design files. These are the ones we read and what each says it takes.
Ask about my PCB archive Most of the PCB vendors we read say the designs stay yours, but 7 keep a right over aggregated data. Tell us which tools your projects sit in and we will write back about them.
The request that names PCB files
A posting on Freelancer sought a minimum of 100 PCB projects, editable source files preferred in KiCad, Altium or EasyEDA, with schematic and layout files, and asked sellers to confirm the projects were privately owned. It was closed when we read it.

Programs that license from owners
Defined.ai invites businesses that own or process data into its partnership programs and lists scientific and technical content across science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Mercor licenses the data a business generates and says no data leaves your systems until you approve it.

Marketplaces
Opendatabay, Datarade, AWS Data Exchange and Databricks Marketplace each let a provider list datasets for buyers. None of their pages we read names PCB files, so a seller describes the archive in its own listing.
